Terms of Service

These Terms of Service describe the basic rules for using Credential Tracker during the MVP phase.

Effective date: June 27, 2026

Use of the service

Credential Tracker is a software tool for tracking healthcare employee credentials, certifications, training records, documents, expiration dates, reports, and reminder workflows.

The service is not payroll software, scheduling software, a time clock, billing software, an EMR, an EHR, or a patient medical record system.

Account responsibility

The business account owner is responsible for maintaining accurate company, employee, credential, reminder, and uploaded document information.

The account owner is also responsible for controlling who can access the workspace and for promptly removing access when it is no longer appropriate.

Compliance responsibility

Credential Tracker helps organize credential information, but it does not provide legal, medical, employment, licensing, or compliance advice.

Each business is responsible for understanding and meeting the credential, training, licensing, document retention, and employment requirements that apply to its organization.

Acceptable use

Users may not use Credential Tracker to upload patient medical records, transmit unlawful content, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or misuse another company's data.

Users should upload only documents needed for employee credential tracking, such as licenses, certifications, tests, training records, checks, and related employment credential documents.

Availability and changes

Credential Tracker may change, improve, or temporarily become unavailable as the product is maintained and improved.

For the MVP phase, features may change as customer feedback is collected and production-readiness items are completed.

Payment terms

Credential Tracker does not currently include self-service billing in the MVP.

Paid subscriptions, cancellation terms, refunds, taxes, and billing rules should be finalized before charging customers.

Limitations

Credential Tracker is provided as a tracking and reminder tool. It cannot guarantee that a business will meet every compliance requirement or avoid every missed expiration.

Businesses should continue using appropriate internal review processes and should verify important credential decisions before relying on them.

Contact

For questions about these terms, contact the Credential Tracker business owner or the support contact provided with your account.

Before public launch, replace this starter contact language with a dedicated support email for the company operating this app.
